Adventure days can be a bespoke day to suit your requirements. These can incorporate some of the following activities, abseiling, climbing or exploration in the local countryside and team building

You will need:
- Clothing to suit the weather conditions (warm clothes, water proof jacket, sun protection etc)
- Food and drink that you feel you may need
- Footwear suitable for walking over wooded terrain that can be wet, slippery, steep and rocky (sturdy trainers with good tread or walking shoes/boots no opened toed sandals or wetsuit booties)
- Any medication that you may need or prescribed.
